How can I download and save a file from my order?Updated 9 hours ago

For a digital product, use the download link in the digital-delivery email sent to the email address used for that order. This may be separate from your order confirmation. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it.

  1. Open the download link and choose the file for the title you purchased.
  2. Keep your internet connection active and allow the download to finish. Make sure your device has space for the file.
  3. Look in your browser's downloads list or your device's Downloads folder. On an iPhone or iPad, check the Files app.
  4. Open the saved file with an app that supports its format. If the filename ends in .zip, extract the contents first.

I was not asked where to save the file

Your browser may save a download automatically without opening a “Save as” box. Check its downloads list and your device's Downloads or Files folder before trying the link again. The exact location depends on your device and browser. If the file has already downloaded, open that saved copy.

If something goes wrong

If the link is missing, expired or says you have reached a download limit, contact us so we can check access. If a download repeatedly stops partway through, you do not need to keep repeating the same failed attempt before contacting us.

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number and the title or filename.
  • Your device and, if you know it, the browser or app you are using.
  • Whether the link will not start, the transfer stops, or the file finishes downloading but will not open.
  • The exact error message, or a screenshot with private payment details hidden.

We will check the relevant download and advise on the next step. If several digital titles are affected, include each title and its order number if available.
